Booking Conditions

 

Our contract

By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.

 

Validity

Dates, itineraries and prices validity will be notified in your itinerary and the final invoice. If the tour is to be postponed; cancellation policy will be strictly considered and if it does not exceed the policy an administrative fee will be charged and you will be sent the notification of the balance payment

NOTE : No refund will be done

 

Acceptance of booking and final payments

If we accept your booking we will issue a confirmation invoice. A contract will exist between us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice or if you book within 7 days of departure the contract will exist when we accept your deposit. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. Please note 50 % of the final amount or more should be paid for the re confirmation of the tour and reservation of the hotels. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. But we will consider it at times of unavoidable circumstances.  Rest full payment will be need to pay 30 days in advance of the tour deparure date. 

NOTE : Final Payments is only accepted in US dollars or Euros

 

Inclusions and Exclusions

The customer will be notified on the complementary services, services and the exclusions on their final itinerary and the e-mails sent along with the final Invoice.

Passport and visas

You must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits and certificates for the countries in which you will visit during your trip. Your passport must be valid for six months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates for your trip; please refer to the Trip Notes for details. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa or other travel documentation.
